Delivery Time

If you have a time sensitive order, please contact us before you place your order so that we can make sure your order arrives on time.

Shortly after you place your order with MYAMSTORE, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any discrepancies with your order confirmation. Once your order has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Myamstore only ships on business days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days. Saturday delivery is available only in the area covered by the courier.

MYAMSTORE processes all orders placed by 3:00pm the same day. Weekends and Holidays excluded. All in stock orders will be shipped out same day. Out of stock orders and drop shipments will be completed as quickly as possible and MYAMSTORE will communicate any delays either by phone or email.

International orders

International orders are generally subjected to local import duties and taxes(VAT). Myamstore.hk offers the convenience of handling these fees on your behalf for specific countries and for many items.

Please get in touch with our team to verify for your specific case. We feedback most of the cases within 6 hours from the inquiry.

 If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise. Shipping carries will assist you in recovering your taxes and duty for a free. Please contact shipping carriers directly to initiate this service.

 International orders clients are allowed to use their own shipping account, please provide the details before to finalise the order.

Return & Return Policy

We offer defeats products return and refund.

Defect such as DOA (death on arrival) will be replaced free of charge after inspection or replaced without any extra shipping charge to be paid.

 In most of case, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged package during return procedure

Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery or collection

We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery has been signed for.

Packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.

The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.

No exchange would be made for product which has been registered on-line for warranty service or has undergone any repair.

客人向 MYAMSTORE 下訂單後，將會收到一封訂單確認電子郵件，電郵內會顯示該訂單的所有詳細資料，敬請客人重新核對。如果客人發現訂單確認有任何差異，請盡快與我們聯繫。

發貨後，我們會發出電郵通知客人有關物流公司提供的訂單物流編號，以方便客人自助追蹤貨品的送貨狀態。

MYAMSTORE 僅在工作日發貨，星期六、日及公眾假期不設發貨。 星期六送貨僅適用於物流公司覆蓋的區域。

MYAMSTORE 會處理當天下午 3:00 前已完成付款的訂單。星期六、日及公眾假期除外。 所有庫存訂單將在同一天發貨。如訂購貨品出現延誤或其他情況，MYAMSTORE一律會以電郵方式去個別通知及跟進處理。
